INGREDIENTS

  • 7 oz white quinoa
  • 3.5 oz chia seed
  • 3.5 oz arrowroot flour
  • 7 oz corn starch

PREPARATION

  1. Place quinoa and chia seeds into mixing bowl and grind 1 min/speed 9.
  2. Add arrowroot flour and corn starch and blend 20 sec/speed 9. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.

TIP

  • Try using different flours in this recipe such as soy flour, besan flour (chickpea flour) or sorghum flour. You can also try grinding different grains such as brown rice, amaranth or millet.
